If you like your bliss balls fudgy and soft and DELICIOUS, these are the balls for you.
1/2 c grated carrot 1/2 c pitted dates 2 tbsp oat flour 2 tbsp coconut four 1/4 c granola 1/4 c walnuts 1 tbsp maca 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp cinnamon A pinch of nutmeg 1/2 tsp pink salt
Blend all the ingredients together until well combined and forms a dough. Divide and roll into balls then roll in some coconut flour to make them extra fancy.
This yielded 11 - so close! But yeah
