Mint chocolate chip has always been my go-to ice cream flavour (as well as cookies n creme and cookie dough) so it only makes sense to make it into a thick smoothie.
A handful of steamed then frozen cauliflower (better for digestion this way)
A large chopped up frozen banana
Some frozen peach
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
Half an avocado
Scoop of collagen
1 tbsp wheatgrass
1/2 tsp chlorella
Cashew milk (just enough to mix
A few drops of peppermint essential oil
Blend until smooth then add a handful of cacao nibs and blend a little and pour in a bowl. Swirl some vanilla Coyo and top with chocolate chunks, Brownie Nugglets and a drizzle o chocolate hazelnut butter.
