Chocolate chip pumpkin cookies

These are legit the best pumpkin cookies you'll ever eat. I'm serious though, they're insanely soft and melt in your mouthy, you need them:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 c coconut flour 1/2 c whole spelt flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp salt 1 c maple sugar 1/4 c coconut oil 1/4 c coconut butter 1 c pumpkin puree 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c chopped dark chocolate⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Preheat oven to 180c. Grease and line a large baking tray. Melt the coconut oil and butter on a low heat then transfer to large bowl to let cool a bit. Combine all the dry ingredients apart from the sugars in a bowl and set aside. Go back to the oil and mix the sugar in for a couple of minutes, then add the pumpkin, egg and vanilla until combined. Mix in the dry ingredients until combined then stir in the chocolate. Roll the dough into balls then use the bottom of a glass to flatten them a little.
Put them in the middle of the oven and bake until slightly browned on top - around 10-12 minutes.
