Chocolate Chip Tahini Cookies


1/2 c tahini 1/4 c melted butter 1/3 c dark brown sugar 1 egg 1 c brown rice flour 1/4 c sesame seeds 1/2 c chocolate chunks

Method Preheat oven to 180c and line some cookie tray with parchment. Whisk the tahini, melted butter and brown sugar until blended then add the egg, followed by Brown rice flour and the seeds and chocolate. using a scoop, evenly space the cookies out on a tray and place on the middle rack of the oven. Around 5 minutes in, take the tray out and tap against the counter/ a hard surface a few times and put back in the oven. Bake for another 3-4 mins/ until golden around the edges, take them out the oven, let cool slightly, transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Note: they’re not super sweet so if you like them sweeter maybe add 1/2c sugar instead
