Go-to Guac




Ingredients 3 large ripe avocados, 1/2 a diced onion 2 diced tomatoes 1 crushed garlic clove 1/2 lime - juiced handful of coriander - chppped 1/2 tsp cumin pink salt chilli flakes

Method Half the avocados, deseed and scoop them into a large bowl and mash with a fork, stir in all the ingredients and add salt and chilli to taste.
