Pumpkin Spice Pancakes


1/4 c coconut flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp turmeric

1 tsp pumpkin spice

2 tbsp collagen

1/2 tsp ashwagandha

1/2 mashed banana

2 eggs

2 tbsp ghee

1/3 c coconut milk (you might need more)

Method Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and wet in a smaller bowl, add wet to dry. Heat a large frying pan on medium and add a little coconut oil/ ghee/ grease of your choice and put 2-3 tablespoons of the batter on the pan, flip when it starts to bubble - beware the batter is super delicate so you'll probs mess up the first few but bare with it because it's worth it! Served with coconut yogurt generous drizzlin of pumpkin spice peanut butter, homemade granola, figs and coconut shreds. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
