Quick n Easy Shakshuka




Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes

2 pointed red peppers

1 small onion

1 clove of garlic

paprika

cayenne

cumin

pink salt

black pepper

3 eggs


Method

Blend all ingredients except eggs until smooth, simmer in a pan until thick-ish

Make 3 holes w a wooden spoon and crack the eggs in there, cook on med low heat for a few minutes until cooked, put a lid on to speed the process.

Garnish, serve with sourdough and avo and enjoy!
