Sweet Potato Chocolate Fudge Brownies

I normally like my brownies a little bit more on the cakey side so when I sliced into these I was a little bit gutted that I probably won't be sharing them but when I took that first bite.. Let's just say not sharing these WOULD BE A SIN. They're

I mixed in the peanut and coconut Square Organics bars for a little extra somethin'

Also can I take a moment to talk about the frosting because it's freaking insane?! I used Biona's Chocolate and Coconut Cocobella which is like fudge in a jar, I was kind of reluctant to use it as frosting because it meant sharing it, this is the kind of stuff you want to keep for yourself. But the greater good in me knew that using it AND sharing would be the right thing to do.

1 c sweet potato puree

1/2 c nut butter of choice - i used @profusionorganic maca almond tigernut butter

2 tbsp ghee
