Blood Orange Tahini Cake
Ingredients 1/2 c tahini 1 tbsp ghee 2 organic eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 c blood orange juice 3/4 c coconut sugar 1/4 c coconut flour 3/4 c oat flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 c sesame seeds (optional) 2 sliced blood oranges for decoration
Method Preheat the oven to 180c and grease and line a 7x7in pan.
Option to add blood orange slices to the base of the pan (it makes it real pretty)
Whisk the wet ingredients in a large bowl then whisk the dry ingredients in another.
Slowly fold wet mixture into the dry until combined.
Pour mixture into the pan and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
