Easy Paleo Bread

I had my first go at making paleo bread and it turned out PRETTY well. It’s so quick and easy to make and the consistency reminds me a little of Erewhon's heavenly loaf, cakey and soft, just how I like it.


Ingredients 1/4 c Carrington Farms flax chia blend 1/4 c coconut flour 1 c almond flour 2 eggs 1 tbsp Carrington Farms melted ghee 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp apple cider vinager 1 tsp cinnamon pinch of salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp ashwagandha (optional) 1/2 c room temp water

Method Grease and line a loaf tin and preheat the oven to 180c Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in a larger bowl, then slowly incorporate the wet to the dry.

Pour the batter into the prepared tin and let it bake in the middle of the oven for 25-35 mins remove from oven and let it cool in the tin for about 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a drying rack.
